Minor servicing such as watch links needing to be removed or added can be done in-house, whereas major works will be done off-site.

Watch batteries can be replaced while you wait on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Otherwise, you can drop off the watch and we will call you when it’s ready.

For full watch servicing and major cleaning, we entrust your timepieces to our highly skilled Rolex-trained watchsmith. Rest assured, an estimate will be provided before any work begins.
